Jon Baker's Motion Memory Golf Swing compared to the Traditional Golf Motion

This method will make you a better golfer. However, reading an article or seeing a graphic of a physical movement is not as effective as feeling the motion.

First, to truly learn a new motion you have to abandon some of your old ways of doing things, for you will never learn something new if you are a slave to the old.

Second, you have to be able to physically define the motion through exercise and repetition (feel, define, and repeat.)

Third, for continued progress, there has to be a routine of maintenance that consists, not only of golf exercises, but of cardio and core exercises as well. I have developed a program that uses balance, leverage and connection devices to keep you in a controlled practice environment. This will allow you to learn and receive biofeedback, to feel and understand your exact balance point and physical positions for a successful golf motion.
